Psalm 119:171-172
My lips will pour forth praise,
for you teach me your statutes.
My tongue will sing of your word,
for all your commandments are right.
blog – day 12
By now I’m sure you have noticed I’ve been blogging – a lot.
Writing is such a challenge.
A writers group I follow offers a challenge to write 31 days of October and I decided to participate this year.
Developing a discipline of writing every day is healthy.
Taking the time and devoting the energy is hard – especially for 31 straight days.
Especially when that month includes a move, packing everything, moving that everything into storage and then in three weeks facing a move into the next home for me and my four leggeds, getting a serious sinus-lost my voice crud and a multitude of other issues and I know that if I can accomplish this challenge of writing 31 days, that I am going to learn a lot about myself and God.
The funny thing about that is – I have lots to write about from each days adventure with so much going on.
In a few days, some exciting changes are going to be seen on my blog. I have two people working with me who are preparing to launch a project I have been working on. I’m excited about it and looking forward to sharing it.
You, my readers, are so important to me. Deeply appreciated.
Often when I hit publish I wonder if anyone will ever see or read the stories.
Yet, I always stop before hitting that button and pray. Asking God to direct the message to whomever might need it the most that day.
So, because you are reading this, please know I have prayed for you. Praying for each other brings a deeper understanding of how connected we are no matter how far apart we are on the globe or culturally or even next door.
We are a community – one that God created.
“Lord, no matter what challenges we face today, please let us stay focused on Your presence in our lives. We love You Lord. We praise You. Fill us to overflowing with Your love and Light. May the world be a better place today because of how we walk in Your truth and love. In Jesus’ name. Amen”
May we honor that piece of Him He put in each of us as we go into the world today.
Your traveling buddy,
Janet
